Warranty, Shipping, & Returns

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every custom piece we create.

All custom jewelry includes a one-year craftsmanship warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects related to structural integrity or setting workmanship.

What Is Covered
This warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects. If a structural issue arises due to craftsmanship within one year of delivery, we will repair the piece at no cost.

What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper handling, chemical exposure, loss of stones, bent prongs, worn prongs, impact damage, or general maintenance.

We recommend removing fine jewelry during exercise, manual labor, swimming, cleaning, or any activity that may place pressure on the setting.

Services such as prong tightening, stone tightening, polishing, cleaning, or resizing are considered routine maintenance and are not covered under this warranty.

Any modification, resizing, repair, or alteration performed by another jeweler immediately voids this warranty.

Shipping & Evaluation
Clients are responsible for insured shipping costs to and from our facility for all warranty claims. We strongly recommend shipping with full insurance and signature confirmation, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

If you believe your piece qualifies under our craftsmanship warranty, please contact us via email with photos and a detailed description of the issue. Our team will review the information and guide you through the next steps.

Custom Orders
All custom pieces are made to order and are final sale. Once a design has been approved and production has begun, no changes can be made.

We strongly recommend professional sizing prior to purchase, as incorrect sizing is not covered under this warranty.

Insurance Recommendation
Fine jewelry is a valuable investment. We highly recommend obtaining independent jewelry insurance to protect against accidental damage, loss, or theft, as these circumstances fall outside of our craftsmanship coverage.

Learn More About Us

Yes. Unless otherwise states, all center stones that are 1ct and above come with an independent IGI grading certificate confirming they are lab grown and outlining the cut, color, clarity, and proportions. Smaller diamonds used in wedding bands or hidden halos are considered melee stones and are not individually certified, which is standard across the jewelry industry.

First, we finalize your design direction and key details to ensure everything is aligned. Once payment is secured, a custom CAD rendering is created based on the approved design. You’ll have the opportunity to review the CAD and request minor refinements before we proceed.

For custom rings featuring a center stone over 1ct, we will also provide a video and certification of the selected diamond for your review. Both the CAD and the diamond must be approved by you before the piece enters production.

For all orders, once production begins, no further changes can be made.

Absolutely. Before production begins, you will be presented with diamond options that match your selected criteria. You’ll have the opportunity to review the specifications and approve the exact stone before it is set into your ring.

For ready-to-ship pieces, the diamond is preselected and included as listed. We recommend reviewing the product details carefully prior to purchase to ensure it aligns with your preferences.

CAD is used to finalize and refine an agreed-upon design, not to explore completely different ring concepts. We work closely with you beforehand to narrow down your direction so the CAD stage is focused and intentional.

Production timelines vary depending on the complexity of the design, but most custom pieces take 6-10 weeks to complete. We prioritize precision and craftsmanship over rushing the process. You will receive updates throughout production. For our collection pieces, timeline will be specified in product listing.

Once a ring enters production, adjustments cannot be made. We ensure all details are confirmed prior to beginning to avoid any issues. Please ensure your ring size is professionally confirmed prior to placing your order. Because each piece is custom made to your specifications, we do not offer refunds due to incorrect ring size provided at the time of order.

Carat weight, color, clarity, band width, metal type, and additional custom elements all significantly affect pricing. For example, increasing band thickness substantially increases gold weight, which impacts cost.

Diamond and precious metal markets fluctuate. Updated pricing reflects current costs at the time of order. Our custom quotes are valid for 7 days.

14k gold is more durable and better suited for everyday wear, especially for hands-on lifestyles. 18k has a slightly richer gold tone but is softer. We’re happy to guide you based on your lifestyle and preferences.

That depends on the design. Low-set styles may create a small gap unless specifically designed to sit flush. We can structure the ring intentionally based on your preference.
