Ring Consultation Call

For most of our clients, the entire process is handled seamlessly via email, so a call is not required. This option is simply available for those who prefer a more personal, live conversation.

This consultation is for clients who want to discuss their ideas, ask questions in real time, and put a face to the name before starting the custom process.

We will discuss:

• Goals + inspo
• Stone priorities + budget
• Setting style + band details
• Next steps

Please come prepared with any inspo photos, links, or notes you’d like to review together. We also ask that you join with your camera on so we can make the most of our time and keep the consult personal.

 $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book the consultation. If you move forward with a ring purchase within 90 days, the deposit will be applied toward your ring total.

This consultation is for design discussion and guidance only.

CADs, mockups, and diamond options are not shared during this call.

CAD/design rendering begins after an order is placed.

This is non-refundable, including no-shows. You’re welcome to reschedule once with at least 24 hours notice.

To respect everyone’s time, if you’re more than 10 minutes late, the call will be considered a no-show and the deposit is non-refundable.
